We were looking for the impossible, an older truck with lower mileage. We found one we were interested in at Cogswell Ford. However, we would have to drive 3 hours and take time off from work just to go look at it. Then we were connected to Jacob Reddell, one of the experienced sales associates there at Cogswell. What a blessing he was!! He was completely honest about the Truck they had there so there would not be any surprises when we got there. Along with being honest, he was very supportive and super friendly. He even called us later to make it sure the truck ran well and we made it home safely. We would recommend Cogswell Ford to everyone but especially Jacob.

Went down there to look at a used SUV we saw online. Very pleasant people to deal with. The price was very reasonable for the vehicle. Just a long drive from Mountain Home. Nice to have the manager come and introduce himself. Makes you feel that you're not just another shopper.

Service men were friendly and professional. Had a oil change and tire rotation done and only took 30 minutes. Great job.

Hell of a lot better than Clarksville Ford! Their sales guys are great & the mechanics Even Better. In a time when most vehicles are on back order & the used are more than the new cars because of rebates. They have no problem ordering just for you or keeping you up to date w in coming details & dates.

Deana was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the used F250’s on the lot. Especially each truck’s history and was able to gave us a quick overview for each truck prior to our test drive. She quickly got the keys to allow us to look at them then test the vehicles. The truck that we like, Deana promptly provided the CarFax, Maintenance History, and the original vehicle description sticker before we could ask—that’s excellent customer service. We made an appointment for the next day to purchase the truck. One minor concern that Deana took care of and provided a little learning lesson on refilling a diesel pickup truck and Diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) for my wife—Thanks it really help her confidence in being able to do it on her own.
