I recently purchased a gently used Lincoln from Cogswell. Shortly after taking it home I discovered that the upper transmission mount was failing. This was a pretty well concealed issue, and I would not have expected it be apparent during an inspection. I spoke with my salesperson, Mr. Colt Short, and ask if they would be willing to replace the mount. Mr. Short went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. My issue was promptly addressed, and my wife is loving her 20th anniversary gift. Many thanks for a very pleasant experience!

Great experience start to finish

While traveling to Russellville from Michigan we had a mechanical breakdown. The service manager Keith was very sympathic to our plight and they took care of us and got us back on the road asap. Thanks, from a very grateful visitor.

I don't write reviews often but they deserved a shout out and stayed extra late and were not pushy to get us gone. I am appreciative of the service and my wife is very happy with her new Suv.

Richard was so easy to talk to! He took his time showing me all of the features of the new car I was looking at. He was so helpful and never pushy or aggressive. As a woman, this was not the normal experience I have encountered at dealerships. He was so kind and helpful when I was considering which options were best for my family. Jacob was very helpful when it came time to talk about financing and my options for protection plans. He took his time explaining them fully and never hesitated to answer my questions. He was never pushy. Again, this was definitely not the experience I was expecting. Richard, Jacob, and the team at Cogswell made this process a breeze! I love my new suv!
