Got the truck new tires at a great price with great service

My wife and daughter were traveling and had a low tire pressure light come on. I called ahead and spoke with the Quick Lane Manager Jason as it was close to closing, he assured me that they would be looked after and taken care of. He delivered on that promise and more. After they fixed the issue, he asked if we would contact him and let him know that they got to their destination safely. That is the type of service you can’t put a price on. In today’s world, it’s the extra attention to what really matters and that’s the peace of mind that Cogswell and their employees provide. I sent an inquiry about a 2023 Toyota Corolla. Received an immediately response. Ended up driving from Jonesboro to Russellville to purchase. Greg Fregia was in constant contact every step of the way. Every from the sale to the financing was wonderful. Mr Jay Henley in financing was super nice, not pushy. Not trying to get me to buy unessecary stuff. I just want to say thank you to them. Never had such an easy and simple purchase.

They immediately sent out a tow truck, who arrived within about 10 minutes and gave my kids and me a ride to the dealership. They had a loaner set up and ready to go when I arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was such a relief and I felt very well cared for. My car was ready in two days and the return was seamless. They even did necessary recall work on my car (not related to the loss of power). I was so impressed with their incredible customer service that I will definitely use them again, and plan to buy my next vehicle with them.

My car had dual clutch issues, and this place absolutely fixed the problem. my car drives like a dream, and even drives better than before. Very happy with the overall outcome of it. The only small issue is that my alignment is kind of bad even though it was not before, but it’s a small issues that can be fixed! I trust them with my car today and in the future.

We were looking for the impossible, an older truck with lower mileage. We found one we were interested in at Cogswell Ford. However, we would have to drive 3 hours and take time off from work just to go look at it. Then we were connected to Jacob Reddell, one of the experienced sales associates there at Cogswell. What a blessing he was!! He was completely honest about the Truck they had there so there would not be any surprises when we got there. Along with being honest, he was very supportive and super friendly. He even called us later to make it sure the truck ran well and we made it home safely. We would recommend Cogswell Ford to everyone but especially Jacob.

The truck that we like, Deana promptly provided the CarFax, Maintenance History, and the original vehicle description sticker before we could ask—that’s excellent customer service. We made an appointment for the next day to purchase the truck. One minor concern that Deana took care of and provided a little learning lesson on refilling a diesel pickup truck and Diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) for my wife—Thanks it really help her confidence in being able to do it on her own. Fast service , but I have had other breakdowns with this 2015 F 250 with a total of 50000 miles . # 1 had to have it towed to be fixed ( wiring harness problem ) #2 Brake problem ( brake sensor failure had to be replace) both time Money out of my pocket. This truck is a lemon!!!!!

Travis made my repair/loaner issue seamless. Communication daily was a HUGE plus. I drove 1.5 hours for the dealership and won’t hesitate to do it again if needed.

By far my best experience at a ford dealership. I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation and they said I needed a new air filter, and I thought maybe they were just trying to get me to buy one. However, they offered to show me it and it was indeed dirty. I’ve never had an oil or tire place actually bring me to see the issue and HAVE had them just charge without showing me, which nobody likes.Their price was Also reasonable and the receptionist in the auto service part was super cool. Overall 10/10 visit.

Bought a used pickup from cogswell, the staff was very friendly and helpful even stayed late two days helping me because of my hours at work. The truck i picked out had a little rattle under the dash nothing major but annoying, their tech was on vacation so i was told it would be fixed after he returned which somewhat worried me because I’ve been given the run around before however cogswell held up their end were super helpful let me drop it off at my convince and loaned me another pickup till it was fixed. When it comes time for me out w my wife to get another ride I’ll be going back to Cogswell.

Car maintenance always fills me with a certain amount of anxiety, but the folks at Cogswell were so professional and personable that I felt at ease. They were patient with me and went above and beyond to make sure that I not only understood what my car needed, but that I was comfortable with their work. My f250 broke down and Cogswell took care of me from start to finish. Within minutes of me calling them, a tow truck was there and had me hooked up and headed to the shop. They sent someone to my home to get my car to be serviced with “The Works”. My vehicle was picked up around 2:40 pm and returned to me at 4:15, with no extra charge for this pick up and delivery service. Can’t beat that!

On 6 different occasions I had taken my 2015 Ford-150 XLT 4WD to Crain Ford located in Jacksonville, AR. Each time I received my truck back it made the same noise. After paying out almost $8000.00 and my truck not being fixed I decided to take my truck to Cogswell Ford located in Russellville, AR. Lisa listened to the recording of the noise and determined that it was the IWE system. A diagnostic test of the 4WD vacuum lines was performed and it failed. The check valve was replaced and the noise is gone. Thank you so very much for taking care of my truck; I appreciate Lisa and the technician who worked diligently to fix the issue. Outstanding customer service!! I will be back for all of my service needs.

I can't say enough great things about how great Dalton Adams was in helping me find the perfect new SUV...my new 2022 Limited Edition Explorer. He listened to what I was looking for and made an appointment for me to come in and look at a few vehicles and test drive. The very first one he showed me was everything I was looking for which showed me he listened to everything I told him I was looking for...the perfect new vehicle for me. He explained everything to me and said call if I had any questions. Chad Cain was my finance manager and did a great job on getting me in and signing papers as he was aware of my time schedule. The only downside to my visit to the dealership through the entire process was the fact that I felt like Derek Medlock was very unprofessional. While I'm sure he is a valued employee and polite....He was located in the office next to where myself and my daughter were sitting and he was very loud and unprofessional in speaking about a fellow employee and a deal he was supposed to be closing during the same time Mr. Cain was closing my deal. I should not have been able to hear any of his loud, negative and rude remarks. He needs to be mindful when he chooses to act in an unprofessional manner and who is within a listening ear. Everyone else from Dalton, to Doug Via, to other salesmen I was introduced to were very polite. Great Job Cogswell Team! Especially Dalton Adams!

Through no fault of Cogswell Motors, I had to wait about a year and a half to receive my 2022 Ford Bronco. Throughout that period, the Sales Manager David Roberts kept in contact with me to ensure I was up to date with the entire process, and was extremely transparent with ordering and pricing. Sitting down with the Finance department took about an hour, and the Salesman, Dalton Adams, took the time to ensure I was fully acquainted with my new vehicle when I was finally able to take delivery. Overall, other than the wait time caused by extremely high demand for new Broncos, I am completely satisfied by my experience with Cogswell. I highly recommend and commend their staff.

Travis is a great service writer at Cogswell. It is a pleasure to work with him to get my RV work scheduled and completed. He keeps me informed as to what is going on in the process. Today the mechanic Justin had to ask me some questions on what I was experiencing with my brakes. I was very confronted by his desire to get it right and communicate to me what he found. All in all a good experience.

Customer service is not dead…. At least not at Cogswell motors, I purchased a used vehicle from them that had a few issues after the purchase, things that they couldn’t have predicted. I called them and spoke with my sales person Jacob and they arranged everything, when they were not obligated to do anything. I live an hour and a half from this dealer and they arranged pickup and repair no questions asked. They now have a customer for life. I will make the drive to Russellville for any all all of my ford purchases both vehicles and parts. Plus they offer tires 10 bucks above cost. Thank you for being an honest up front dealer.

Lisa in the service dept was wonderful. She heard me talking to another customer about my check engine light being on. She looked up my warranty and told me if the check engine code was what I think it is then the repair would be covered under my warranty. Even though the truck is 8 years old. We bought a used car from Cogswell motors this week and were incredibly happy with the service, the honesty, the above and beyond attitude and so much more! They worked with me on financing and also did extra cleanup on the interior of our used car. We got a free oil change and they filled the tank up with fuel before we signed papers. Steve was our salesman, he’s fantastic and Derek was our finance guy and he was super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this car dealership!

Always helpful. My wife thought the batteries were dead in her Chrysler Pacifica because it wouldn't start. Cogswell is not a Chrysler dealer but said they would check batteries, which turned out to be fine. They didn't charge anything for the time they had it in the shop. Fantastic service, which I already knew about because they have always done the service on my truck.

Last week we were travelling cross country in our Ford class A motor home when we lost our dash air conditioning. After several Ford dealers refused to help us, I spoke to Lisa Cook in the service department who told me to stop in the next morning at 8:00 am and they would try to help us. They took us right away, and after three hours of work, were unable to find a replacement expansion valve for us which was faulty. The part is not a Ford part, but they tried to cross the numbers to locate one for us. Bottom line is after evacuating and refilling our system with the proper amount of refrigerant, our ac is working better even without the new expansion valve. We were able to continue on our trip for the next six weeks with a tolerable ac system. Our sincere thanks to Lisa, tech Justin, and all who participated in trying to assist us. Cogswell Motors is first class when it comes to customer service!

I was looking for something that would fit 6 people comfortably and tow a 9000lb camper. Of course the ford expedition is the only way to go to check all of those boxes. Unfortunately, there just isn't much on the market and to get the extra 2000lbs of towing, the heavy duty tow package had to be added. So I went online to the ford website and completely customized my expedition. Then, ordered from Jacob Reddell at Cogswell motors. I was expecting it to take about 4 months and it only took 2! Jacob checked all of the incentives and rebates and made sure I got the best deal, even on my custom order.

The Service department is great! They serviced my truck and rotated my tires and gave me a list of things that will need fixing in the near future. Great Customer Service!

Came in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. The remodeled facility is a nice upgrade and easy to navigate. Everything was as usual except that it took ~2 hours where it usually takes ~1 hour to complete. That said - I arrived at ~1045 and left at ~1245 so it was during the lunch hour.

Our salesman (Jacob Reddell) did an amazing job. Other people in the building just stare at you. You can smile and nod your head or say hello, they still will only just stare at you. I actually had to walk into an office (everyone just stared at me) and had to imitate the conversation that I needed a sales person to help me. Luckily I got the right one because Jacob was super informative and attentive and made the experience worth buying a car from them. I’d go buy a car from him again, but not from anyone else in the building.

Deana Via was amazing and so sweet. No pressure whatsoever. However, the finance person Derek Medlock was very rude and unprofessional. He yelled at me while I was on the phone with my loan officer trying to help stating "Does she work here and does she know the dealership? I think not. Let me do my job!" Very rude and hateful. I would think in his position professionalism and curiosity is a requirement. The process took 1.5 hours and finally Deana let me leave stating there was no point in holding me up. I paid cash for my vehicle and the process should of been super easy. I have never experienced such horrible customer service!

I had some recall work done. The work was fine, but they were a day later than promised and I got no phone call. I had to cancel a Dr. appt. because I had no vehicle. Their communication is horrible!

Ford needs to something about the lugs nuts this is the third vehicle I had to replace them you all been using the wrong size socket!

I made an appointment at 9:30am on a Friday to have a recall fixed on my truck (all that needed to be done was a reprogramming). I dropped my truck off early and went back to check on it at 1:30 because I had not heard back. When I got there they still had not pulled my truck in to work on it. I asked them what is the point of making an appointment if my truck is going to sit in the parking lot all day… They told me they would work on it before the end of the day. No one called me the rest of the day and they kept my truck overnight without even calling to notify me. When I called the next day they told me that they didn’t work on it and that the maintenance department was closed for the weekend. After they worked on my truck on Monday, I picked it up and the problem was still not fixed.

BEWARE when getting work done here. $505.40 labor was charged for less than an hour of actual work. They charge based on their “repair estimate book”. I guess we have differing opinions on the word “Estimate”. Service manager gave some hee-haw story about “sometimes it goes in our favor, and sometimes it goes in your favor, this time it just happened to go in ours”. He also said that ALL companies charge based on repair estimate books and not actual repair times. No doubt this is like a casino where the customer is on the losing side WAY more than the house. Kudos to the technician for getting the job completed under the estimate. Hopefully, the technician gets to pocket all the extra cash I was swindled out of but pretty sure the company will be the ones making off with the bounty. Had all my service done here since moving to this area, even purchased tires here. I may not bring a bunch of revenue to this business but it looks like that little will be going somewhere else. In reply to (Owner), before leaving original review I did have quite a long conversation with Keith regarding this issue, feel free to check the phone records. Don’t really feel another conversation with him will change either of our positions.

I will never go here again and so glad I didn’t go thru with buyer there. The rudest and most unorganized I have ever seen a dealership. Not only was I lied to and give the run around and ignored. Then when I called them out they try to shame me and say it’s because the couldn’t get me qualified. But another dealership had me approved and got everything I demanded in 20 mins. Funny huh. What’s the commission on zero? That’s how many stars I give these morons.

I would not used cogswell for any vehicle repair. They do not know how to schedule vehicles and gave me the run around and had my truck for two weeks and never touched it and told me it would go on the rack in two days and never did.

Horrible service! Didn’t even contact us! Just ghosted us! Can’t even answer the phone! Maybe if they would get off there little golf carts they could get some work done. Oh and by the way I moved and got a brand new jeep somewhere else ahahaha!

One of the worst dealerships in the State. I was flat out lied to and told to come on in and they would give me 6 to 6500 for my truck. I load my family up and drive the 45 minutes for them to say yeah we will give you 3k. LMAO Seriously how the hell did I lose 3 thousand dollars in value in 45 mins. I have the phone recording where the Madison lady at the dealer telling me they could definitely so the 6 to 6500 if anyone wants to hear it. I will be letting everyone I know to take their business elsewhere and reporting them to the Arkansas State Police Division of Automotive Dealers, BBB, and Arkansas Attorney General's Office.

My truck was dropped from their lift. Body damage was satisfactorily repaired, but was charged more than $500 to repair new mechanical problem that cropped up.

Ripped me off coming and going.

Not the best experience....Cogswell had Mustang Mach E's listed with $7000 off sticker which sounded very healthy plus another program (#11044) showing a further $3000 off which sounded awesome. I contacted them for availability and to confirm the website numbers. Car I wanted was available. As I wanted a lease, my own investigations found #11044 isn't actually available but Mach-E RCL Customer Cash (#50006) for $1000 is. So $8000 off MSRP seemed acceptable to me. Instead of being upfront with me, I got given a story about they are not good at leases & could I give them a couple days to sort it out and then was told the car not being ready as it needed a sensor.... and not being able to do a deal until the car is ready. Something smells. In the meantime they adjusted the website to reflect the $7000 discount to $4000 but kept the #11044 rebate in effect which I don't qualify for - just the #50006 for $1000. Instead of being upfront and telling me what the deal could be, I got the runaround.

If you would like to be told that a car is being held for you, and it won’t be, come here! I love watching my credit score be dropped by someone looking to put in a credit app. An embarrassment to the valley.

It was the worse car buying experience I have ever had

My wife took her Lincoln Nautilus in for The Works Service. The tires were not rotated, they told my wife the tires need replaced immediately - not true - tread depth is 6/32 not 3/32 they indicated. Car was not vacuumed per a Lincoln Owners complimentary service. However, the young man I spoke with in person at the service desk discounted the cost of the service.

I was very unhappy with customer service I received. They told me they service the vehicle and didn’t. I wouldn’t buy a dog from this dealership…I paid cash for vehicle and dealership got lien on vehicle.. They aren’t good taking care of there customers

"Nepotism beats cash at Cogswell" This should be the slogan. Found a car online and called in on a Monday. I was told the sale was pending, okay, no big deal. I check in everyday through Friday and still, sale is pending. I called in Monday, one week later, and was told my rep was off work, but the sale was still pending to the relative of the finance manager. I have cash in hand for the entire purchase. I called the General Manager to ask if she could "dislodge the log jam". After multiple calls, and NO return calls back, I called the GM Sales director. He assured me, on Tuesday - 8 days later, he would look into it and call me back. He never called back, but my regular rep was back on Wednesday and she called to tell me the car was no longer in inventory. This is certainly not the way to do business when you have customers with cash in hand wanting to buy your inventory. I understand not getting the car I needed, just don't string people out for over a week wasting their time.

Took our 2016 Ford Explorer for a grill shutter repair. The staff is great but we paid 200% over cost for the part and over $500 in labor. The fact that we were charged $700 for a $300 part was appalling. We would’ve bought the part ourselves and taken it elsewhere but were tied to a dealership because it’d need programmed afterward. That much of a markup is absurd. You’d be better off going to Magie.
