On 6 different occasions I had taken my 2015 Ford-150 XLT 4WD to Crain Ford located in Jacksonville, AR. Each time I received my truck back it made the same noise. After paying out almost $8000.00 and my truck not being fixed I decided to take my truck to Cogswell Ford located in Russellville, AR. Lisa listened to the recording of the noise and determined that it was the IWE system. A diagnostic test of the 4WD vacuum lines was performed and it failed. The check valve was replaced and the noise is gone. Thank you so very much for taking care of my truck; I appreciate Lisa and the technician who worked diligently to fix the issue. Outstanding customer service!! I will be back for all of my service needs.

Sales staff really did their homework. They were easy to work with and had the inventory no one else had.

I can't say enough great things about how great Dalton Adams was in helping me find the perfect new SUV...my new 2022 Limited Edition Explorer. He listened to what I was looking for and made an appointment for me to come in and look at a few vehicles and test drive. The very first one he showed me was everything I was looking for which showed me he listened to everything I told him I was looking for...the perfect new vehicle for me. He explained everything to me and said call if I had any questions. Chad Cain was my finance manager and did a great job on getting me in and signing papers as he was aware of my time schedule. The only downside to my visit to the dealership through the entire process was the fact that I felt like Derek Medlock was very unprofessional. While I'm sure he is a valued employee and polite....He was located in the office next to where myself and my daughter were sitting and he was very loud and unprofessional in speaking about a fellow employee and a deal he was supposed to be closing during the same time Mr. Cain was closing my deal. I should not have been able to hear any of his loud, negative and rude remarks. He needs to be mindful when he chooses to act in an unprofessional manner and who is within a listening ear. Everyone else from Dalton, to Doug Via, to other salesmen I was introduced to were very polite. Great Job Cogswell Team! Especially Dalton Adams!

We have only good things to say about Cogswell Motors. Our car buying experience was very pleasant, starting with our salesman, Dakota. He was very patient in answering all of our questions and gave us great service. Everyone that worked with us went out of their way to make it an exciting and pleasant process. We highly recommend them.

This is a great place to buy a vehicle! Even though we live 3 hours away, our salesman, Jacob made sure that everything went smoothly. There were no surprises in the price and we felt no pressure to buy. My wife and I are very pleased with our new Mazda CX-30. Thank you Cogswell Motors! 5 stars!

Through no fault of Cogswell Motors, I had to wait about a year and a half to receive my 2022 Ford Bronco. Throughout that period, the Sales Manager David Roberts kept in contact with me to ensure I was up to date with the entire process, and was extremely transparent with ordering and pricing. Sitting down with the Finance department took about an hour, and the Salesman, Dalton Adams, took the time to ensure I was fully acquainted with my new vehicle when I was finally able to take delivery. Overall, other than the wait time caused by extremely high demand for new Broncos, I am completely satisfied by my experience with Cogswell. I highly recommend and commend their staff.

Travis is a great service writer at Cogswell. It is a pleasure to work with him to get my RV work scheduled and completed. He keeps me informed as to what is going on in the process. Today the mechanic Justin had to ask me some questions on what I was experiencing with my brakes. I was very confronted by his desire to get it right and communicate to me what he found. All in all a good experience.

Dakota our salesperson was very helpful and courteous. No one was pushy or standing on top of us making suggestions let us look at vehicles at our own pace. Made sure to get me the lowest payment available and ordered accessories for my vehicle. Overall would highly recommend Cogswell motors and ask for Dakota.

Customer service is not dead…. At least not at Cogswell motors, I purchased a used vehicle from them that had a few issues after the purchase, things that they couldn’t have predicted. I called them and spoke with my sales person Jacob and they arranged everything, when they were not obligated to do anything. I live an hour and a half from this dealer and they arranged pickup and repair no questions asked. They now have a customer for life. I will make the drive to Russellville for any all all of my ford purchases both vehicles and parts. Plus they offer tires 10 bucks above cost. Thank you for being an honest up front dealer.

Had a very easy time finding a vehicle and working with Sage at Cogswell Motors. He was very responsive and very helpful throughout the process. They are also a great place to get service down. Fast, efficient and friendly.

The Cogswell Ford service dept. did an excellent job servicing our Forest River RV with the Ford V10 engine. They were very accommodating with the pickup and drop off of the RV. We will be back for our next service.

Everything is great about Cogswell Motors the customer service and the repairs. I travel for my work and I would not purchase a vehicle anywhere else. I only use others shops or quick lanes when I can’t make it home to Cogswell. In my travels and experience with other locations I would say that Cogswell is the best and they treat us right.

My entire experience at Cogswell Motors was phenomenal. My salesman, Jacob Reddell, was awesome. He was patient, helpful, and honest with us throughout the entire car buying process. We are very satisfied and HIGHLY recommend doing business with Cogswell Motors. Great people!

Travis Amos was my Service Advisor. He did a great job taking care of my repair needs. Travis kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle repair. He informed me about the need to replace my cabin air filter and ensured I was in agreement with the replacement and the additional expense. Randy Moore was my shuttle driver who provided me with transportation to and from my home, while my vehicle was in the shop. Randy was courteous and a safe driver. I appreciate both of these men.
