Kept me informed on progress. Did a wonderful car wash my car was terribly dirty. Cogswell is my new dealer for Lincolns. Being new to Arkansas it's wonderful to find helpful and understanding people .

This place is great. I cant say enough nice things about buying a car from here. I went in to look around and found something I liked. I told them the payments I was shooting for and they took care of everything from there. All I had to do was sign the paperwork. Like I said earlier, I cannot say enough good things. They have nice cars, easy-to-talk-to sales staff, and they stand by their products. The next time I am in the market for a car, I will absolutely go back. I would also recommend Cogswell to anyone I know that is looking for a vehicle. Keith Criswell was the sales person who assisted me and he was outstanding.

My son is a student at ATU and we live in Texas. This is our second experience at Cogswell and we could not be more impressed. Both times they have been very kind, considerate, and very honest. Going in for an routine inspection, recall notice and AC fix, staff was friendly and courteous and got my rig right in and got it back going in no time. Lisa K. was my go to for everything and she kept me in the loop with my vehicles issues with phone calls and instant messages, even went the extra mile and helped me with my cars extended warranty which was much appreciated!

My salesman Rickey Hewitt went above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle for me. He listened to what I asked for and provided me with options that were what I wanted. He was with me every step of the process and went out of his way to make sure I got a fair price for my trade in, and even helped me setup my ford pass app. I would recommend him as a dealer, and CMI as a car lot. I have no complaints.

Jacob / salesman worked with us. He was very helpful and not pushy. Like working with a buddy. He made it so easy and took the stress out of buying a vehicle. He was amazing in the follow up too. Staff was extremely friendly. Never felt pressured to buy anything I didn’t want or need. Derek was great to work with. I highly recommend them for a no-hassle shopping experience.

Lisa in the service dept was wonderful. She heard me talking to another customer about my check engine light being on. She looked up my warranty and told me if the check engine code was what I think it is then the repair would be covered under my warranty. Even though the truck is 8 years old. I had no idea and it is a $1200 fix. She did this without me asking her. Very GREAT customer service !!!!!!

When I bought my car I dealt with Steve Gist as he is the only one I will deal with at Cogswell he treats me right makes sure that everything worked out and I was happy with my car. I highly recommend Cogswell motors used cars they take care of their customer as I am a repeat customer

We have always loved using Cogswell! Our Expedition Max started having trouble! We took it in and they were able to diagnose and get it fixed 2 days ahead of schedule!! Took them less than 24 hours! So impressed!!!

Richard made the personal “building and buying” of my 2022 F350 truck easy and hassle free. He answered all my question and phone calls ( Lord knows there was plenty). I highly recommend them ..!

Excellent customer service! While servicing my car they have dropped me off for other appts and picked me up after.. They even synced my phone to the car for me. Friendly, courteous, nice waiting area with TV, coffee and water.
